Company: A full-service home medical equipment company.

What you will do: Provide face to face, and Over the phone customer service at our Client's Location in Battle Creek, MI.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 8am-5pm w/ 1 hour lunch

Job Description:

• Working with Respiratory Department Staff to provide instruction, service, and troubleshooting techniques for respiratory equipment to patients.
• Equipment are CPAP, BiPAP, Oxygen, Nebulizers, etc.
• Process orders, route calls to the appropriate resources, and follow up on customer calls where necessary

Must Have:

High School Diploma or equivalent

One (1) year work related experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, or customer service receptionist
